Susi Collins is the Founder and Principal of Tide & Thrive Co., a seasoned Social Impact Strategist with twenty years of global, high-impact leadership experience from organizations including The Gates Foundation, Iara Lee & George Gund III Foundation, Salesforce, AWS, and Nordstrom.

She holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University, and is certified with the Ocean Healing Institute. She currently serves as a Board Director for the Acevedo Foundation and Poderistas.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Susi resides with her multicultural family in Los Angeles, CA.
